He is currently serving as an Assistant Professor and Head, Department of English, Government Arts College, Vallabhipur, Dist Bhavnagar, Gujarat, India. As a creative writer by choice, he has consistently demonstrated a profound ability to craft compelling narratives, employing a distinctive voice that captivates readers and invites them into rich and imaginative worlds with his poetic stories and short films. He has directed 02 Short Films ‘Sarmaya’ and ‘Mulakat’ which have received Multiple Awards at the National Level in various categories and also directed a documentary named 'Santvana' on Cancer Awareness for Shri Krishna Hospital, Karamsad. His areas of interest are Creative Writing, Applied Linguistics, English Language Teaching in Higher Education, Business Communication and Modern Literary Theories and Criticism as well as Film Studies. He has 22 Research Papers and 05 Books to his credit. He has participated and Presented Research Papers in 10 International Conferences including the one at the University of Paris, France, 15 National Conferences across the country and 02 State Level Seminars. He was selected for the International Exchange Programme by Amitie, Mumbai for Intercultural Exchange in France for 21 days in the month of May 2013. He was also invited for a lecture in UCO Bretagne Nord University, Guingamp, France in the month of September 2015. With 10+ years of experience teaching at the Post Graduate and Undergraduate levels and recognized as a Ph.D. Guide, the objective is to dedicate oneself to the pursuit of success in the field of teaching as a full-time occupation. The focus is on implementing constructive approaches and proactive interventions to enhance learner engagement, academic attainment, cognitive development, and social, behavioural, and communication enhancement. The aim is to develop students holistically, fostering their sense of responsibility as citizens and their intrinsic drive to learn and grow.
